1.What are the minimum orders for branded product?

We have low minimum orders for branded products:

For bigger size the MOQ is 5000 - 10,000 PCS / each design
For smaller size the MOQ is 30,000 - 50,000 PCS / each design

2.What is the expected delivery time?
Once final artwork is signed off and sales order is signed Evergreen Pack will provide an approximate delivery time frame. Normal delivery is 10 - 14 days for repeat orders and 15 - 20 days for new orders.

3. We don't know if your recommended product will meet my needs. Can we request a free custom sample?
Yes. You can request a free, handmade, custom sample to confirm size and quality.

4. Is your product tested and certified for contact with food?
Yes, all our materials are strictly manufactured to meet or exceed FDA 21CFR 176-177 and ISO, REACH for food contact. You can safely use them for applications that require food contact.

5.What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month warranty period on all products. You can order in confidence.
