All the raw materials are food grade. as for the base paper, we have Normal Grade, Food Grade, we have QS-9000, FDA Certificate etc.

After final confirmation, if we confirm the problems is caused by our side, our company will bear corresponding responsibilities;if the problems is caused by your side during the usage, we will offer positive advices to help solve the problems.
